Last spring, while everyone was panicking about their 401Ks and the price of eggs, I predicted it was going to be a local summer — and I was right. Statistically, 40% of Americans 2025 reported they didn't summer aboard. The billionaires went to Nantucket, the millionaires went to the Vineyard, the middle class went to their cousin’s cottage or piled into a rental accumulating debt, and the working class blew up a pool in the backyard. Summer 2025 is dead but she’s not done with us. I THINK... Summer 2026 is shaping up to be exactly the same, did we learn anything?
