Lucid dreaming products, devices, supplements and pills! I spent over 4000 dollars trying various lucid dreaming products to see which ones worked. 

The results were that MOSt of them helped in some way, but almost none of them helped LONG TERM. 

The only thing really, that made a difference long term was habits, beliefs and practices.

 This is really what I’ve been saying for 7 years or more now.
