The other day as I was browsing through some of the kind reviews people have left on my Udemy courses, it made me think about why people love my courses so much. I view myself as just an ordinary guy, and I don't believe myself to be any better at what I do than my colleagues. Then, I read, "Jerry is so enthusiastic you can tell he loves his work, and really wants to help others." This left a huge impression on me because I didn't always feel this way about my work, much less about the world at large. In the past, I was always obsessed over what I didn't have, instead of appreciating all of the blessings in my life. Today, I take the time to fully appreciate what is going on around me each moment. I love the way my wife sings to our daughter, I love the way Eckhart Tolle speaks in his books, I am thankful for the love and support I receive from my support group. I am grateful to have the opportunity to be a conduit for everything good in the world, and that is why I take the time to project a message of love in my videos, podcast, and blog posts.
