I know it's been a while, but I am back! 

In this episode I discuss the crazy things that have been going on in the world and how it has effect my mental state. From the rising costs of everything to inflation to crime and even the threat of WWIII. All of this has lead me to a depressive headspace and I am sure I am not alone.
