Onnie Sanford has always loved cooking and more importantly, helping people!  When she and her family changed their lifestyle they made a conscious effort to replace commercial snacks and condiments with ones that were homemade. She started cooking for friends and family and in March 2016, she quit her full time job as a nurse to open Paleo Num Yums located in Augusta, GA!
