Marseeniah and I chat fears. The fear of rejection if/when we put ourselves "out there" and how we allow those fears to paralyze us. We also talk about the impact that past hurts can have on our present-day decision making.

In addition we talk about Self-Love and the importance of Self-Encouragement (because sometimes we just need to talk to OURSELVES,  when we are acting up lol).
