We all say we want to be ready, but will we be? Readiness requires more than intention — it requires being ready now, not preparing for some future time. We do not know the day or hour of the Lord’s return, but we can live today so we are prepared.

I don’t claim to prophesy the end of days, yet I sense my own time drawing nearer. That awareness fuels my desire to be ready to stand before the King. Let us encourage one another to live faithfully, love deeply, and walk in holiness each day, confident and hopeful in Christ’s coming.
