Hello everyone, in this episode I talk about how forgiving yourself is very essential just like forgiving others is essential, we must remember that we are humans too and we make mistakes. At the end of the day we are spiritual beings living a human experience and we should enjoy the ride because we cannot live this life twice. I also talk about how I was dating this guy and he made me catch so much feelings to the point where I actually chased him away because I couldn’t give him space, and because of that I felt like it was my fault that he ran for me. I never felt so low. As I was wanting for him to make me feel safe and secure, once he got caught he switched … But as I always say everything you chase runs away.
