I don't want to become someone I'm not. Authenticity isn't something I just want to say I have, it helps me to reduce the amount of anxiety I have to the world around me. The worst distraction I have from being authentic, and the same one you will suffer from as well, is definitely denial. Once we get over our own denial though, all 5 stages of it, we are able to live life as we want to and also stop our pointless suffering.
