Its Time we get into deep conversation this is the Introduction of my recent 5 days and 4 night stay at a psych ward! Mental Health Matters and it should be talked about more...my current diagnoses is pretty deep too so follow the life and day of someone suffering....this is just the beginning the next episode we will talk about the entire manic stage that led me to day One September 22, 2022

Schizoaffective disorder is a mental health disorder that is marked by a combination of schizophrenia symptoms, such as hallucinations or delusions, and mood disorder symptoms, such as depression or mania.
The two types of schizoaffective disorder — both of which include some symptoms of schizophrenia — are:
