In this video, I wanted to expand on that conversation, break down the mental side of running that I feel seldom gets talked about and the practical guidance I give my athletes in my clinical practice. If you’ve been burning out, skipping runs after one missed workout, or feeling like your own head is your biggest obstacle, I hope this video can bring you some clarity.
