This summer, I’m wearing exactly the same wardrobe as last year. Same pieces. Zero additions. I spent about an hour reorganising my closet and was done.
I used to spend 40–60 minutes every morning just choosing what to wear. Now it takes seconds. But that shift didn’t happen because of a method, or not only because of a method. It happened because of something much more personal, something I rarely talk about on the podcast.
This episode was inspired by listener Evelyn, who asked a question I think a lot of you are secretly wondering: my wardrobe works, so why doesn’t it feel like enough?
The answer has as much to do with psychology, culture, and self-compassion as it does with clothes.
