Skydiving was NOT on my agenda for this month. At least until my dad casually joked about “what could possibly be scarier than starting a podcast?” – and soon, I found myself jumping out of a perfectly good airplane.
In an unexpected turn, the scariest part wasn't the descent itself. Confronting fear directly brought about a significant insight about what I fear most of all: It's not the fear of death, but the fear of not truly experiencing life to its fullest extent.
