The phrase 'I will Arise' gives full meaning to the active involvement is the events that both Isaiah describes and the actual situation on the ground concerning Jerusalem and Judah. It also has far reaching prophetic implications from the redemption of Israel and the fulfillment of prophecies. This also reaches into the Apostles, the Lord Jesus, Yeshua; our Messiah and into the tribulation and the millennial reign
