Proverbs 11:2
When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom.
Do you consider yourself a very humble person? Or do you believe that you are the best thing created since sliced bread? Many people credit all of their possessions and achievements to themselves. They act as if God had absolutely nothing to do with all the good in their life. NEWS FLASH: Humility is a wonderful thing! God wants us to act with humility in everything we do. When we put the needs of others before our own...then we are truly embodying what it means to be like Him. You cannot show compassion and thoughtfulness to others if you are always so consumed with self. I challenge you from now on to practice humility in everything you say and everything you do.
