The first goal FROM THE BACK BURNER is daily exercise! 

I am creating this platform to give me a willpower boost to stay consistent with my goals. I have a history of putting things on the back burner, but now I am systematically sticking to them all. 

HERE IS MY OFFICIAL GOAL STATEMENT:  

DAILY EXERCISE GOAL #1   

Description:  Any physical activity that lasts 30 minutes or more and maintains at least an aerobic heart rate* for that duration.   

Exception:  ‘One day off per week’ can be used to cover unforeseen circumstances that prevent daily exercise.  The day off is NOT required and does NOT accumulate when not used.   

Trackability:  A chart will be used to track the completion of daily exercise. A guiding principle in creating this chart is ‘simplicity’. I only want to see that I am meeting the basic requirements of ‘daily exercise’ as presented in the description above.
