Listening is a great trait to have. Why? It really develops patience.

How many times after a question is raised there is an answer which we have to listen to. You might not know it, but patience is exhibited when listening for the answer.

Generally, there is a time when we want to interrupt while an answer is being given. This can be unprofessional especially when quality directives are being given.
