Ella Lathan is a University of Delaware senior majoring in vocal performance and minoring in journalism. In "I Will Not Be Silenced," Ella shares her painful, personal account of sexual assault. Since 2017, the Voices of UD initiative has been giving students a platform to tell their stories. The 2021 contest invites students to consider "Why is everyone so angry?"
