INTERMITTENT FASTING is Goal #2 from the back burner. I have always wanted to do intermittent fasting but never manage to do it for more than a few weeks at a time.
For me, the end of dinner until breakfast the next day is about 12 - 16 hours. This is the perfect time for me to accomplish this daily. It also won’t be too invasive of a goal to take on.
MY BIGGEST CHALLENGE will be NOT eating snack food at night! BEING CONSISTENTLY DISCIPLINED for long stretches of time is also a big challenge. This channel is meant to serve as an extra boost for me to keep track of, and stay on top of all my goals.
The next few goals will be related to staying healthy. After that there will be a few faith related goals (I’m a Christian). Then there will be dozens more to follow that cover many areas. SO STICK AROUND.
