I don't think the best life is one where happiness and "good" feelings are solely sought, but one where we take responsibility for, and become active participants in, creating moments that make life feel worthwhile. In this episode, I share the framework and methods I use to maintain what I consider to be a truly good life - sadness, confusion, contentment, joy and frustration included.

I break down the 2-step approach to how I think about what a good life is and explain how to use the same journaling method as I do to start curating moments in your life that make you actually feel alive.
