1 Corinthians 4:2 says ''.....it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful''
The Bible teaches us that the cardinal requirement for leadership is faithfulness (LOYALTY) and not your talent or ability to walk in God.
Loyalty is an indispensable tool for the stability of churches or even your secular business. Picking up disloyalty early on in those around us can prevent disaster later.
