Just 26 years after The Great One, Wayne Gretzky, scored his final NHL goal against my New York Islanders, and 31 years after breaking Gordie Howe's goals record, Alex Ovechkin becomes the NHL's newest leading goal scorer. I discuss the experience of being there for such a historic event.
