Does this power play guarantee a quick route to an engagement ring?

I read an article about a woman who was sick of waiting on guys to marry her.  She would date a guy and he would string her along for months only to move on elsewhere.  So, she decided that she would no longer be any man's "girlfriend".

She came up with the idea that she would continue to date whomever she wanted until one of them decided to propose to her.  She was honest in letting each guy know that she had multiple suitors and that once one of them proposed, she would dismiss the others.

Also, we'll talk about something that has escaped me for the last couple of decades: stress cards in the military.
