Welcome back to the podcast, I am your host Margaret Pendo and I have the honor of introducing you to Andrew Starcher. Dr.Starcher is the current Vice President of Academic Affairs but has been involved with Franklin since 1993. Throughout Dr. Starcher's career, he has had a plethora of experiences in international higher education institutions such as the American University of Afghanistan, Bocconi University, University of Milan, and many more. He is well known for his research on student development through international education and was actually awarded the Richerd and Shirley Mawditt Prize awarded by the UNESCO Chair of Higher Education Management in 2013.
