1 shoulder of lamb

2 lemons, skin and pith removed so you have just the flesh

3 onions

1 head of garlic

8 cloves of garlic, peeled and sliced in half

Plenty of Extra virgin olive oil Ladi Biosas

sprigs of rosemary
