After a career as a marine and then a State Department official in Afghanistan, Matt Hoh resigned his post in 2009 over disagreements with the Obama Administration's goal of military victory. Matt helps Jared understand the “Agreement for Bringing Peace to Afghanistan” signed in Qatar at the end of February.
