IA2030 Full Learning Cycle: Experience sharing and problem solving session #10 (7 April 2022)

Listen Later

Today's focus: how to give constructive feedback to help peers improve their situation analysis.
The entire group is asked to share their experience to help solve the problems.
This session is facilitated by Charlotte Mbuh and Dr. François Gasse.
The deadline to complete 3 peer reviews is this Friday, April 8.
Your colleagues will not be able to complete the exercise without your feedback.
This is also a certification requirement.
Do not let your colleagues down!
We know you are very busy.
But your colleagues have worked hard, just like you did, to write their situation analyses.
You also depend on their solidarity. Without their feedback, you will not be able to complete the exercise either.
Please reassure me: can your colleagues count on you to finish by Friday?
I need you to make the effort to support your colleagues. It does not have to be perfect, but do not botch it either.
