Situation analysis: how to secure your certification

Before you submit your improved situation analysis due Friday, we will ask you to answer a few questions to qualify for certification.

You will receive the link to the questionnaire and instructions by email on Wednesday afternoon.

The deadline to complete this questionnaire and submit your improved situation analysis in Peergrade is Friday 15 April 2022 23h59 (check time).

This questionnaire is required to qualify for certification of your participation in this exercise.

In this questionnaire, we ask you to summarize information from your situation analysis: challenge, question, key finding, and root cause. (You can copy and paste from your Word document.)

In addition, we also ask you to share (if you know) basic information about your area of intervention (where you work): population size, percentage served by outreach, and Antenatal Care (ANC) Coverage.

We also ask you to report (if you know) the immunization coverage in your area for Penta 1, Penta 3, MCV1, MCV2, and the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine.

You will be able to skip questions for which you do not have reliable information.

After you complete the questionnaire, you will need to go back to Peergrade to submit your improved situation analysis document.
