The following is an in-depth description of all the Spiritual Christ/Buddha/God/Christ/Holy Spirit attitudes and qualities, counterpoised to all the negative egotistical attitudes and qualities. This list also can be referred back to when a lesson has arisen and the ego has been triggered.

Also included is a Psychological Centering Model! We each need to transcend negative ego duality (ie: Light/Darkness, Superiority/Inferiority …) which is different from divine polarity (ie: Heaven/Earth; God/Goddess …).

The negative ego keeps us caught in the superiority top dog/inferiority underdog complex. We need to remain centered in our Spiritual Self at all times and remain unaffected whether sickness of health, victory or defeat, pleasure or pain, praise or criticism.
