Ian Elford was part of a team educating people in the community who were finding studying for their driving theory test daunting and difficult so he decided to do something about it.

For the next 24-hour period, he designed and created a board game called: Driven For Success.  

In this conversation, we talk to Ian's story so far in creating the game, being a police officer, working for corrections and following your dream.
