Ian Harris is a stand-up and MMA trainer. This of course leads him to be a pretty intense guy with opinions on just about everything. In this week’s episode we talk a little politics, a little comedy shop talk, a little about MMA, death and dying, the environment … this is a pretty full episode. I think you’re going to like it.
