As President and Founder of Commonwealth Supply Chain Advisors, Ian offers a wealth of knowledge and experience in the supply chain industry.

During his 28-year career, he has helped hundreds of companies reduce their distribution labor costs, improve space utilization, and meet their customer service objects.

His tools of the trade include distribution center optimization, distribution center design, outsourcing strategy, WMS selection and implementation, and network optimization. Ian has also formed supply chain consulting organizations for two different system integration firms.

Ian is a thought leader, international speaker, blogger, author, and holds the unofficial title of ‘Food Critic’ of supply chain technology.
