Ian served as the Associate Head Coach of Carmel Swim Club prior to heading to Dynamo in August 2017. Ian shares his experiences growing up as a swimmer and coach in Cleveland, Ohio and the trajectory and lessons of his coaching career so far, and what he is looking forward to with his athletes.
