This episode is a conversation with Ian from Project Vet-Cast and fighting chance apparel. Ian is a veteran who founded fighting chance apparel after a friend committed suicide. Ian and his brother decided to create a t-shirt that would signal to the veteran community that the person was safe to talk to about mental health issues. Project Vet-Cast is the next progression where veterans can get together to produce content that lowers stigma about mental health concerns.
