• Started writing writing with Covid

• 5 Words: Chaotic, Brainfoggy, Slow Writer - she takes her time, Perfectionist.

• Always Fantasy fan. Shirley Barber books when growing up.

• Has Tolkien tattoo

• Lots of Fantasy video games

• Researched alot on Authortube which help, but it is harder than you expect.

• Self publishing is very rewarding. Tries to keep as much Australian as she can.

• Her books are second world but inspired by Australia's multiculturalism.

• Learn to do as much as you can yourself and splurge on an editor

• Talked about gaming and she plays Skyrim and Legend of Zelda

• Was disillusioned after finishing a book and thought she could do it better.

• Couldn't find what she wanted to read

• Son was a great sleeper so there was plenty of time to create

• Has a morbid curiosity and that draws her to dark fantasy

• Has a history of working in retail

• Wanted to be a nurse when growing up because she liked blood

• Mentioned mental health issues and the writing helped focus and work through issues.

• Writing gives her chance to heal

E. A. Olivieri never thought she'd be an author, but, after writing out of boredom while on maternity leave, she discovered a passion for it. She loves all things dark and fantastical, and channels that through her writing. When E. A. isn't creating new worlds, she's working on an art project or playing video games with her son and partner in their Western Australian home
