Ibutamoren (MK-677) is a growth hormone secretagogue and potent, long acting, non-peptide agonist of the ghrelin receptor.  It is used for building lean muscle mass while potentially shedding fat and improving sleep.  In this episode, I share my experiences using Ibutamoren and what I think of this product.
