  • Do I have peace of mind, or is it filled with chaos, erratic and untamed emotions, or disorderly thoughts?
  • Are we always listening to "noise" that may distract us from thinking about the Lord?
  • Is my mind filled with unimportant information (bits of gossip, insignificant news, etc)?
  • Do I talk more than I listen?
  • How hard is it for me to fight for "quiet time"?
  • Do I appreciate how Jesus prioritized such times in his own life?
