Former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte is expected to land in the Netherlands in the coming hours to face charges at the International Criminal Court. Filipino Police acted on a warrant through Interpol for his arrest and put him on a private plane from Manila. Police records show more than 6,000 people were killed during Duterte's controversial “war on drugs”. There have been some protests against his arrest.
