Sydney Zoo is hosting a Creatures of the Ice Age exhibition during the school holidays, featuring life-sized animatronic prehistoric animals including sabre-toothed tigers and dire wolves. The exhibition runs in addition to the zoo's regular animal displays, allowing visitors to experience what life was like thousands of years ago. The animatronic creatures feature realistic movements, sounds and blinking eyes that children can interact with up close.
