After a little half term break, Josh and Has return with another rollercoaster of a conversation - beginning with Josh's ice bath practice before inadvertently falling into the topic of 'dodgy' teachers and then swiftly recovered into the breathing master Wim Hof.

They talk about the extension of lockdown and the lack of education around natural means of immune boosting (vs vaccinations).

Has then asks Josh about what's driving Priti Patel's Agenda (after asking if she's a bigger alien than Keir Starmer) before moving into the conversation of feeling tired, bored and needing a break - this leads to an honest conversation about Josh and Has' view on taking a short break in recording.

As ever, a sweet (and quite cheesy) finish with reasons to be cheerful!
