Following the first fatal Minnesota shooting involving an ICE agent, Philadelphia Sheriff Rochelle Bilal said she would arrest federal immigration officers who enter her city and "commit a crime." During a press conference, Bilal said Good's death "should not have happened" and added that "real" officers do not wear masks, referencing the way federal agents often conceal their identities.
