Ice Cream recipe | Raspberry Ripple.

Don't worry if you do not have an ice cream machine, it is easy to make without!  Before I got my fancy ice cream machine, this is how I used to make my own.  The good thing about making your own is that it does not have a heap of artificial ingredients, or milk powder.  This recipe is pretty quick to make as well.

The ingredients you will need as explained in the recipe are:-

•250 g Raspberries

•230 g Caster Sugar

•2 Large Eggs & 4 Egg Yolks

•600 ml Double Cream
