Kelly Chase and Brett Hull are joined in studio this week by former NHL forward and coach, Tony Granato. The guys all discuss how they met and how Hully has known Tony for most of their lives. Tony tells Chaser what kind of a player Brett was as a mite. Granato tells Chaser about his time trying out for the US Olympic team in 1984 and how that led to him playing at Wisconsin and ultimately making it to the NHL. Granato asks Hully about how he ended up playing for Team USA instead of Team Canada on the international stage and the guys talk about some great memories from their time together on those teams, and Chaser relives his time watching Hully score to win the Cup in Dallas. Tony talks about his short time playing for the New York Rangers and some of the lessons he learned while he was there before getting traded to LA to play with Gretzky. The guys talk about the Kings Cup run in 1993 and how the team was able to get to a good spot without Gretzky. Hully asks Granato about the transition from playing to coaching and Tony goes into some of the details of getting that first job in Colorado. Kelly has a bone to pick with Tony about a disagreement they had when Granato was a coach in Pittsburgh and Chaser was working at NHL Network, and Kelly relays the story of how he found out he won the King Clancy.

Kelly Chase and Brett Hull are catching up with Kevin "Killer" Kaminski this week. Killer tells the guys about his time playing for the Saskatoon Blazers in AAA and some of the guys that he played with, and Hully asks how he got his nickname. Killer shares his story of getting drafted into the NHL and what his first experience in the Show was like before going right back to the Saskatoon Blades for the Memorial Cup. The guys discuss the injuries Killer suffered and the difference in protective equipment from then to now. Hully and Chaser ask Killer about his favorite fights in the NHL and about the number of stitches he had to get over the course of his career. The guys talk about how great Bob Probert was, but how Wendel Clark always seemed to have his number. Killer talks about the concussion that ended his career and how he got into coaching right after his playing days were over. He also tells the guys about the time he went gator hunting in Louisiana and talks about how great it is to be coaching at the youth level back in  Saskatoon.

The guys talk about how much luck played into so many NHLers getting into the league. The guys share some of the best advice they received about playing hockey at a high level and they laugh at some of the best chirps they heard while playing. They remember good rivalries, good teams, and tough teammates.

Hully and Zombo talk about growing up in the Chicago area and some of the guys they played youth hockey with and against and Zombo tells the guys about his road to the USHL and University of North Dakota. Zombo and Hully talk about the atmosphere of college hockey venues when they played and the guys all relive some of their favorite memories from the rivalry between Detroit and St. Louis, including one of the greatest fights in NHL history. Zombo tells Hully about his time in Detroit and what it was like playing there when all the European players started joining the team. The guys also talk about the alumni group in Detroit and about how great the Ilitch family is to the team. Zombo remembers one of the best pieces of advice he received about connecting with the local community and he fills the guys in on some of the troubles he has faced in his life since leaving hockey.

Monty and Hully talk about the recruitment process to play college hockey and how NIL money has effected hockey. The guys relive one of the greatest pranks pulled on Monty while he was playing for the Blues and some of the other shenanigans they used to get up to in the locker room. Monty talks about playing with Paul Kariya at Maine before going pro and then discusses how he got into coaching at the college level. Hully and Monty talk about the special talent that Johnny Gaudreau had at a young age and the guys compare coaching at the college level and the NHL. Monty tells Hully the importance of scheduled days off, the Blues tough start to the season, and how the team is approaching the condensed training camp this year. Monty relives his time as a player/assistant coach for the Missouri River Otters during an NHL lockout year and some of the things that he learned that have shaped who he is as a coach. The guys talk about the upcoming season for the Blues and Monty tells the guys what he's excited about heading into training camp.

John relives a few of the games from his time playing under Dan Reeves in Denver and what led to the coaching change to Wade Phillips and, eventually, Mike Shanahan. Hully talks about his memories watching the Broncos' playoff run to Super Bowl XXXII, and Elway discusses how they were able to grind out the win for that Super Bowl. Hully asks John what the mentality was in the organization beginning the next season as defending champs. John and Brett talk about winning at the end of your career and how difficult it really is. Hully asks Elway about his post-playing career and John shares the details of how he got into the car business during his playing days and what happened when he decided to sell his dealerships. John tells Hully about his transition to management, how he ended up back with the Broncos, and how he landed a coveted free agent QB.

John talks to Hully about growing up all over the northwestern US following his dad to different coaching spots before finally settling in California for high school and Hully shares the story of how the Hull family ended up in Winnipeg. The guys talk about Elway's best moments playing high school baseball and what it was like being a two-sport athlete in high school and college. John explains the shock of going to his first season of minor league baseball and what ultimately led him to football. Elway talks about the ups and downs of his junior season and Hully asks John what it was like being a part of The Play. Elway goes into the details of getting drafted by Baltimore, but then getting traded to Denver. Hully and Elway wrap up part 1 of their time together sharing what it's like having a father who knows the struggles of being a pro athlete and what it's like living up to those expectations as a young pro.

Brett Hull is back at Gozzer Ranch with Discovery Land Company founder Michael Meldman for part 2 of their conversation. Mike tells Brett about leaving corporate real estate and getting into property development in Arizona. The guys talk about how that one property turned into the entire Discovery portfolio and Mike tells Hully about where the inspiration came from for some of the rules that make Discovery golf courses more laid back than normal courses. Mike discusses the vision of Tom Fazio when they walk new properties together.
