The event which runs from 5-9 May, brings together the technical and commercial sides of the airline industries to tackle the big issues. Kate caught up with Hemant Mistry, director of industry charges, fuel and taxation at IATA on Thursday 9 May, the final day of the event to get a wrap up of what conference achieved.
