Icom Tech boss face 8 years sentence for promoting MLM crypto fraud
Icom Tech boss has to suffer 8 years in prison according to the news coming in from Authorities.
This man called Gustavo Rodriguez joined David Carmona who is apparently facing a 10 year sentence for the same cause.
Here is the gist of the story these two men founded Icom Tech MLM scheme in 2018 and scammed people until 2019.
The scam collapsed In 2019. Therefore they scammed for 1 years .
This didn’t leave them the same, victims across the world started filling cases against them and authorities started investigations . They arrested them in 2022.
These are not the only ones who were arrested by other three men were also arrested for scamming icom tech investors.
These included Mario Ruiz Ochoa who was sentenced for 5 years , David Brenda and Valdez Moses who are yet to be sentenced.
What does this mean for ICOM TECH Victims?
According to news it shows there is a civil law suit program going on for recovery assets. However it’s details are still not clear. Victims of ICOM TECH should Investigate further to find out what’s happening with the said law suit program how impactful it should be.
This should also act as a lesson for all MLM scammers out there.
