Recently I read a book name called The Courage To Be Disliked by Ichiro Kishimi and Fumitake Koga. This is the third idea of the book. All Problems are Interpersonal Relationship Problems. No confidence? We are likely afraid of being judged by others. In other words, if there were nobody else in the world, our problems as we know them wouldn't exist. All our problems have the touch of other people in some way or the other.
This statement helps us analyze other people's roles in our problems, which can help us take appropriate corrective measures.
