When I graduated college, I was super lost. One day I got a construction job at a Pizzeria that was being built. I mostly stained the wood countertops, but I worked under a man that I knew was a genius. His name is Aldo Senior and he is my guest this week. Hear the wisdom and take it to heart!

After quitting his job as a teacher in Los Angeles, our guest Elliott McDaniel had no plan. Through a series of synchronicities and following his intuition, Elliott moved to Portland and started a small business food concept with his partner Wes. Now Daddy's Vegan Wangz & Rangz is a poppin' restaurant in Portland selling burgers, wings, and onion rangz. ("it's like a gay Hooters in the summer of 1999.")
We talk about managing anxiety, the importance of location and community pairing with your values, and how living your most authentic life doesn't have to be hard.
"If it's meant to be, it will just be easy for us to do it. And basically, it was."
