In this episode from our Ideas and Society program, we bring together two of the world’s leading voices on the environmental, ethical and political issue that is climate change.

You will hear from La Trobe alumnus, Tim Flannery. Tim is a distinguished mammologist, palaeontologist, world-renowned writer and Head of the Climate Council. He has been leading the climate change fight in Australia for many years.

You will also hear from Robyn Eckersley, who is the Professor and Head of Political Science at the University of Melbourne. Robyn is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Melbourne Sustainable Society Institute and a Fellow of the Academy of the Social Sciences in Australia. She is the most significant political scientist in Australia, and thinks creatively about solutions to the problem of climate change.
