Within circles of faith, I always hear single ladies describe their future husband as a man of God -  a godly husband. This is a good and admirable standard and one that I have for myself. However the concerning part to me is when asked to articulate how they would recognize a godly husband once he arrives and much to my dismay the response has been very low level. The fact that he prays and knows scripture does not constitute a godly husband. It goes beyond that.
