Colin Reynolds is a former teacher now working to build accessible learner records. In his position at the Education Design Lab, he is leading a collaborative project with the US Chamber of Commerce to accelerate the adoption of learner employment records using AI.

In this conversation, we remember our early days in radio in the Upper Midwest before diving into how digital records can actually improve learning, help teachers, and unlock opportunities. Reynolds is a deep thinker who does a great job of connecting theoretical digital transformation to real world change.
